Event Description

The fourth annual Florida Scrub-Jay Festival will be hosted by Jonathan Dickinson State Park on March 2nd, 2013 from 10am-4pm.  The festival celebrates the Florida Scrub-Jay -- the only bird species unique to Florida -- as well as its interesting habitat.  The festival, which travels around the state from one year to the next, includes guided walks, hay rides, kids activities, entertainment, presentations, and a Scrub-Jay Q&A with a panel of experts.  Admission is free!
